a) Choose a label type: Click on EAN, CS or LOT b) Fill the form: 1) Enter dispatcher information: supplier number, company, street, city and country are required. 2) Enter the carton information: Every field is required. Please note the following syntax: carton no.: numeric, starts at 1. Adler order no. / pos.: 9-digits. for label type EAN: EAN: 12 or 13-digits. for label type CS: Adler article no.: 8-digits. for label type LOT: Adler article no.: 5-digits. For each carton, one row in the table must be filled out. If for example, two SKUs are in a carton, two rows must be filled out. It is important, that the same carton no. is used for these two rows. The other columns like Adler order no. / pos., Adler article no. and size are to be filled individually. Please note that each carton can only have one Adler order no. / pos. Therefore it is only necessary to fill the column Adler order no. / pos for each carton once. Other cartons are to be filled with a consecutive carton no. Additional rows can be generated by clicking on the green "+" button. Rows can be deleted by the red "-" button. Empty rows are ignored and do not have to be deleted. A row is empty if all fields except "line" and "carton no." are empty. Each carton can have up to ten SKUs, however only the first five are printed in a human readable way onto the label. The rest are encoded into the barcode. 3) Upload this data via the generate button 4) Print the labels by the following defined printer settings: To print four labels on a DIN A4 sheet, select the following printer settings: Default setting, landscape format, paper size: DIN A4 (21 x 29,7 cm), no scaling OR b) Fill the excel template: 1) Download the excel template and fill it (You can save the template locally and reuse it. There is no need to download it every time). 2) Upload the excel file via the browse and upload button 3) Print the labels
